Biography

As the leader of the Tenshin Modifying Crew, Chiaki shows compassion and determination to end the Kemuris' reign. His Soul Ki contains Fall elements and only uses them to create endless arrows. His origin is a mystery; however, he and his crew were ordered to spy and eventually aid the Raiju Nefilims in fighting off the Kemuri and restoring Japan.
