Second in command on the Tenshin crew, Koemi is a free-spirited, charismatic woman with a flirtatious mindset toward people like Isshin, Chiaki, and sometimes Jinsuke. Her Soul Ki is Summer Ninjustsu.   Not much is known about Koemi's past, nor how she got involved with the Tenshin crew. She met Isshin after a fight club orchestrated by the Yakuza that he was infiltrating. The two hit it off very quickly, and they became very close. Unbeknownst to him, she was ordered to spy on him and his team, hoping to get some insight into the Raiju Clan. Eventually, both team start to work together with the common goal to irraticate the Kemuri.
